The defining stage lays the ground work for the entire project. Gathering accurate information about your site is critical to the web development process. To get you started we have you fill out our online questionnaire which helps us understand your current design needs and conceptualize potential solutions. Out of this phase of the process comes your complimentary Design Proposal that is derived from the questionnaire. This proposal is packed full of useful information and valuable recommendations. It features a design comp of what this site could look like and is absolutely free. If you like the design and accept the proposal, a deposit of 1/3 the total cost of the project as outlined in the proposal is due before we enter the design phase.

.02DESIGN
Graphics Infusion uses both design and production elements (including color, type, illustration, photography, video, animation and programming techniques) to visually convey a desired impact and message for your website. In this exciting stage the process the entire website is laid out. Upon approval of the final design the 2nd installment of 1/3 the total cost of the project is due.

More than any other application, a website simulates the brand personality of a company. Its palette of engaging content, sound, movement and color creates a compelling experience. This is the stage where everything comes to life and the website is experienced for the first time. Once all adjustments are made and the website is approved the final 1/3 of the total cost of the project is due before the site goes live.

With the website paid for it is time to let it be seen by the rest of the world. The moment we’ve all be waiting for is here in this near final stage of the web design process. In this stage we often assist our clients in promoting their site and getting the word out by developing key promotional materials including banner ads and launch emails.

.05DURATION
Most sites out there require some regular maintenance in the form of updates whether they be images, text or both. In this stage we carefully plan how the site will stay up to date and current. Site maintenance is not based on the price of the website and must be addressed on a point by point bases.
